LEAD is designed to empower the next generation of church leaders through discipleship, mentoring, and active engagement with the church body. LEAD invites high schoolers and adult mentors to participate. This retreat is part of the Board of Youth and Young Adult’s goal to build relationships between churches and youth to foster the next generation of ministry.
