  • Here’s a .mp4 file (72MB). If you’ve got a Mac, this is a good choice. If you have a Windows machine, and you know you have QuickTime (or iTunes) installed, this will work for you, too.
  • Here’s a .avi file (74MB). This will work with pretty much any machine.
