.We had a great Yearly Meeting Sessions, July 26-30, 2009. Thanks to all of you who came and participated together! Being a “connectional” group like Friends are, requires good relationships and face-to-face interaction. Yearly Meeting Sessions allows us to do that.
Our theme focused around Jesus’ call to be witnesses and to bear witness to all that God has done and is doing through Christ. It is the proclamation and the demonstration of the Good News. There are many and varied ways we see, know, experience and witness the presence and power of Christ at work in us and in the world. Let’s continue to bear witness of this to one another and the world!
