We’ve recently migrated from an old version of Basecamp to a new one. For those of you who don’t know, we use Basecamp to manage our projects for all of our boards. It is online and our board members are able to share discussions, files, to do items, and other project management needs.
The below video tutorials help to explain the new layout—how to navigate, add things, reset your lost password, etc. If you have any questions that aren’t answered below, feel free to send us a support request through the contact menu item above.
ARE YOU BEING ASKED TO UPGRADE YOUR WEB BROWSER? If you are using Windows XP, Internet Explorer is not supported and you must therefore download and install a different internet browser. Here is a link to browsers supported by Basecamp. I would suggest using either Google Chrome or Firefox: basecamp.com/browsers
