Local Outreach Grant

The NWYM Board of Local Outreach (BoLO) allocates a portion of its budget for matching grants to aid local churches in their outreach efforts.

These grants can go toward providing equipment, facility space, materials, training, and other needs which would improve the impact local churches are able to make in their communities.

Up to $3,000 may be requested. Matching funds must be gathered before the Board will release the grant.

All NWYM churches and ministry points may apply.

The application process is on-going year-round. Applications received after the year’s funds have been depleted may be, upon request, carried over to the next year.

Once an application is approved and the funds disbursed, BoLO requires an informal report detailing the progress and/or outcome of the project. Photos would be helpful, as would stories.

The board will work diligently through prayer to discern the best uses of funds available.

Applicants can expect a response within a maximum of six weeks of receipt of the application. A local church/ministry point may apply for 1 grant per year.
