Who: NWYM Youthworkers!
What: A retreat for all Youthworkers throughout Northwest Yearly Meeting! This weekend is structured to have engaging material presented with a balance of time and space for renewing spirits.

Think of running a marathon (or even a 5k) and the importance of staying hydrated so you finish well. Ministry often requires much of a youthworkers’ mental, physical and emotional energies. The goal this year is to focus on the Living Water many of us crave as we address the spiritual thirst that can develop as we juggle the daily routines of our full lives and ministries.
We are so grateful and excited that Sarah Baldwin, Campus Pastor at George Fox University will be joining us as we explore what it means to have Christ as our Living Water. Sarah is highly respected in her work at the spiritual life office at George Fox and is an excellent communicator.

Steve and Diane Fawver (Newberg Friends) will be joining as the conference elders—our board saw a need for this role, knowing some of you come needing individual conversations around personal issues in your ministries and families. Steve and Diane have many years navigating marriage within ministry, and care deeply for the work youthworkers all are part of.
Our worship time will also be lead by Erik and Bethany Edmundson. This fabulous duo brings unique and creative ways for people to engage in worship using various senses. They are creative and gentle in their approach to help us gather and center together for worship.
Conference Fees:
Adult Registration (shared room) – $135
Adult registration (no-roommate) – $175
Children 12-17 – $50 per child (this covers all their meals for the weekend)
Childcare – $30 per child
Late Fee – $25 per adult if registration is after October 24, 2011
