EFM Director Announcement

Evangelical Friends Mission (EFM) has recently announced Dan Cammack as the new director of EFM. Dan is currently pastor of Tigard Community Friends Church in Tigard, Oregon, and a former missionary in Peru with Northwest Yearly Meeting of Friends. Dan, along with his wife (Tami) and family (Rebekah, Forrest, Will), served for 15 years as missionaries to Peru. Dan is vice-president of the EFM Board, chairman of its Strategy Committee, missions coach to Mexico, and former chairman of the Board of Global Outreach of Northwest Yearly Meeting of Friends. He holds a Masters in Ministry from Azusa Pacific University, and is a graduate of George Fox University in Newberg, Oregon. Dan will assume office on October 1, 2012.

 

The EFM board has also decided to create an associate director position, and have hired Matt Macy to fill this role. Matt is currently youth superintendent of Evangelical Friends Church-Mid America and an active member of Crossroads Friends Church in Wichita, Kansas. He is a member of the Strategy Committee of the EFM Board, and missions coach to Bangladesh. Matt lives with his wife (Carrie) and family in Wichita.
